balanced stay with minor flaws

good breakfast swimming pool gym equipment immediate feedback little assistance

the breakfast was very good. i found the swimming pool beautiful, a great spot for relaxation. the gym contains a lot of equipment. it is also close to a bridge, i could quickly go to the other side.

the receptionist informed us about the additional bed after i booked it. i found this a bit confusing upon arrival. the staff asked me to give feedback immediately, they wanted her name added. this felt a little odd because they never assisted us much.

I found a couple of issues . the lack of usb ports in the room meant i had trouble keeping my phone charged (it died on me). the pool changing area also lacked basic amenities. I expected hooks and benches. breakfast was not great. Hot dishes were cold.
